This study developed and evaluated the effectiveness of a Flipped Classroom Learning Strategy (FCLS) in improving Malaysian secondary school students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in Isometrical Transformation. A two-stage process was used: FCLS activity development and effectiveness evaluation. Activity development involved needs analysis, design, and expert validation. A quasi-experimental design with 131 Form 2 students compared FCLS to conventional teaching. Results showed a significant difference (p = .000 < .05) in overall HOTS and across all four levels (applying, analyzing, evaluating, creating) favoring the FCLS group. The study concludes that FCLS activities effectively improved students' HOTS in Isometrical Transformation.
