Abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness of a training program designed to enhance online university teachers' skills and motivation in including students with disabilities. The qualitative research, based on open-ended questionnaires from 20 expert teachers, reveals that while the training showed promise, improvements are needed, particularly in conceptual clarification, case studies, and practical application examples.
