This paper investigates the impact of a video-based learning (VBL) approach on the achievement of first-year undergraduate business students in a UK university over an 11-year period (2006-2017). Results show VBL improved overall pass rates and higher achieving students' performance in business numeracy, and enhanced continued student engagement. The study introduces a new learning model for further research.
