Abstract
This study investigated the impact of a 10-week nature-related intervention program ("Play&Grow") on the gut microbiota, fecal serotonin, and perceived stress levels in preschool children. The results showed that children in the intervention group exhibited increased connectedness to nature, altered gut microbiota (particularly *Roseburia* abundance), modulated fecal serotonin levels, and a reduction in perceived stress, especially anger frequency. This suggests a potential link between nature-related activities, gut microbiome, serotonin, and psychosocial well-being in preschoolers.
