Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between leadership cycle congruence (the alignment between a leader's words and actions) and leadership efficacy (measured by organizational commitment and job satisfaction), moderated by employees' seniority. Using a sample of 318 employees, path analysis revealed that higher leadership cycle congruence positively predicted both organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the relationship between leadership cycle congruence and organizational commitment was stronger for more senior employees. The findings highlight the importance of congruent leadership and the differential impact of leadership congruence based on employee seniority.
