This paper investigates the impact of organizational justice perception on employees’ social loafing during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the mediating role of organizational commitment. Using data from 276 questionnaires, the study finds that organizational justice negatively impacts social loafing, and organizational commitment fully mediates this relationship. The findings suggest that fostering organizational justice and commitment is crucial for mitigating social loafing during times of crisis.
