Abstract
This study investigates the correlation between ethical leadership (EL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in China's emerging industries, considering the moderating role of leader empathy (LE) and the mediating role of internal job satisfaction (IJS). Data from 248 R&D personnel were analyzed using partial least squares path modeling. Results show IJS mediates the relationship between EL and OCB, and LE significantly moderates the relationship between IJS and OCB.
