Abstract
This paper examines Bing Xin's feminist translation strategies in her Chinese translation of Rabindranath Tagore's *The Gardener*. Using textual analysis, it explores how Bing Xin's feminist consciousness shaped her translation choices, particularly in relation to gender representation and the portrayal of women. The study contributes to both gender studies and translation theory by showcasing a unique example of feminist translation practice in twentieth-century China.
