Abstract
This study explores the impact of mindfulness on employee voice behavior, affective commitment, job satisfaction, and burnout among higher education faculty members. A moderated mediation analysis, incorporating high-performance work systems (HPWS) as a moderator, reveals significant positive relationships between mindfulness and employee voice behavior, affective commitment, and job satisfaction, alongside a negative relationship with burnout. HPWS significantly moderates these relationships, strengthening the positive effects of mindfulness on the outcome variables.
