Abstract
This study qualitatively explores the experiences of 32 Chinese family caregivers of leukemia patients using 997 online blog posts. Inductive thematic analysis revealed three main themes: (1) caregivers' reactions to the diagnosis (initial disbelief, self-reflection on causes, eventual acceptance); (2) challenges faced (difficulties accessing treatment, lack of support, caregiver health deterioration, financial burden, psychological stress, multiple caregiving roles); and (3) coping strategies (financial and psychological burden reduction, spiritual practices, cautious optimism, seeking support). The findings highlight significant implications for improving caregivers' quality of life and healthcare services for leukemia patients.
