Abstract
This research examines the role of corporate social responsibility in technological innovation (CTR) in enhancing firms' sustainable competitive performance (SCP). It proposes that digital transformation mediates the relationship between CTR and SCP, and that a mastery climate moderates the relationship between CTR and digital transformation. Data from Chinese firms supported both the mediation and moderation hypotheses, indicating that digital transformation is a key mechanism through which CTR influences SCP, and that this relationship is stronger in firms with a mastery climate.
