This research investigates the influence of perceived environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR) on employee idea generation (IG) and idea implementation (II), and the moderating role of psychological capital (PsyCap) in these relationships. Using data from 348 employees in Chinese firms, the results show that perceived ECSR positively impacts both IG and II, with this positive influence being stronger when PsyCap is high. The findings offer insights into the role of ECSR perception in employee innovation and provide practical implications for firms seeking sustainable development.
