Abstract
This study investigates the impact of supply chain transformational leadership (SCTL) on supply chain resilience (SCR), focusing on the mediating role of an ambidextrous business model and the moderating role of paradox cognition. Using data from 317 Chinese firms, the study finds that SCTL positively affects both proactive and reactive SCR, with the ambidextrous business model mediating this relationship. Paradox cognition strengthens the effect of SCTL on the ambidextrous business model. The findings contribute to the literature on transformational leadership and SCR by offering insights into improving SCR from a leadership perspective.
