Prasinezumab slows motor progression in rapidly progressing early-stage Parkinson's disease
G. Pagano, K. I. Taylor, et al.
This exploratory analysis of the PASADENA phase 2 study highlights prasinezumab's potential as a disease-modifying therapy for early-stage Parkinson's disease. Although the primary endpoint wasn't achieved, findings suggest that prasinezumab may significantly slow motor sign progression in rapidly progressing patients. The research was conducted by prominent authors in the field.
