Abstract
This study investigates the impact of organizational values and participative leadership on the sustainable competitive advantage of hospitality and tourism companies, particularly in the context of market uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a mixed methodology combining Smart-PLS and fsQCA, the research analyzes data from Spanish and South Korean companies. Results highlight the importance of participative leadership supported by organizational values in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage, even amidst market uncertainty.
