Abstract
This study investigates the influence of credible leadership and organizational culture on work engagement among medical and non-medical personnel in two private hospitals in Madiun City, East Java, Indonesia. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis, the study finds that credible leadership positively influences organizational culture, which in turn positively influences work engagement. Organizational culture acts as a perfect mediator in the relationship between credible leadership and work engagement.
