Abstract
This study investigates the influence of servant leadership (SL) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Chinese private enterprises. Using social exchange theory, social identity theory, and psychological contract theory, it examines the mediating roles of relational identification and perceived organizational support (POS), and the moderating effect of workplace loneliness. Analysis of survey data from 335 employees in Zhejiang Province, China, reveals that relational identification and POS sequentially mediate the SL-OCB relationship, with workplace loneliness significantly moderating these effects. The study contributes methodologically and theoretically to leadership and organizational behavior research.
