Abstract
Nanoconstructs, comprising nanoparticles and ligands, offer targeted drug delivery for cancer theranostics. This review explores their applications, advantages, and challenges, including limitations in biocompatibility, distribution, and toxicity. Strategies like autonomous and nonautonomous delivery systems, computational modeling, and AI/machine learning are discussed to enhance their efficacy and precision in cancer treatment.
