Abstract
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease causing significant socioeconomic burden. Current treatments focus on symptom relief, not disease progression. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSC-Exos) show promise in OA treatment. This study reviews MSC-Exo applications in OA, exploring underlying mechanisms, current strategies, and future challenges.
