DAILY – A personalized circadian Zeitgeber therapy as an adjunctive treatment for alcohol use disorder patients: results of a pilot trial

Strengthening circadian rhythms with personalized daily 'Zeitgeber' schedules reduced variability in routine activities and dramatically cut relapses in a six-week randomized pilot with AUD patients. Participants following tailored structure plans showed fewer relapse days and greater well-being.
