This article explores the power dynamics within large-scale systems, integrating computer engineering and a historical-philosophical approach. It analyzes computer and social architectures, reinterpreting Foucault's disciplines and political anatomy to understand system organization as modern technology applicable to both technical and social systems. Connecting to Heidegger's enframing and Derrida's democracy to come, the authors propose the Large-Scale Systems Composed of Homogeneous Individuals (LSSCHI) framework, highlighting the conflict between homogenizing system objectives and individual heterogeneity, and outlining power relations and control mechanisms.
