Abstract
This paper investigates the factors influencing the entrepreneurial ability of returning migrant workers in China. Using a questionnaire survey of 5,675 individuals, the study incorporates internal personal factors and external environmental factors into an assessment system. SWOT and AHP analyses prioritize these factors, revealing technical experience and business management ability as key internal factors, and opportunities for industrial structure adjustment and low technical content as key external factors. Policy recommendations to enhance entrepreneurial ability are proposed, and the research methodology is offered as a reference for future studies.
