This study investigates the impact of learning ambidexterity on the sense of urban integration among new-generation migrant workers in China. Using ambidexterity theory and multiple regression analysis, the study finds that learning ambidexterity positively affects both sense of urban integration and career growth. Career growth partially mediates the relationship between learning ambidexterity and urban integration, while environmental dynamism moderates the relationship between exploratory learning and career growth, and between exploitative learning and urban integration. The research contributes to ambidexterity theory and provides insights into migrant worker urban integration in dynamic environments.
