This article examines key factors determining the quality of life and learning-life balance of business students, focusing on individual characteristics and family roles. A questionnaire survey of 1188 students and multivariate analyses (ANOVA, T-test, correlation, logistic regression, CFA) were conducted. Results indicate physical and psychological states, and family relations are crucial for quality of life. Workload is linked to stress and burnout, impacting family and leisure time. Student perceptions of workload, expectations, and learning-life balance vary across grade levels. Quality of life is significantly influenced by gender, grade, family ties, emotional intelligence, conscientiousness, cooperation, and innovation. Gender is the sole variable impacting the perception of learning-life balance factors.
