This study developed and validated a questionnaire to assess quality assurance components in vocational and technical education (VTE) teaching and learning. The questionnaire, developed through interviews and literature review, was validated using expert judgment, principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal varimax techniques. Exploratory factor analysis revealed strong internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.835-0.963) across input, process, and output domains. The resulting Quality Assurance for Teaching and Learning (QATL) questionnaire is a valid and reliable instrument for assessing VTE quality.
