Abstract
This study examined research on COVID-19's impact on agricultural production and food security using bibliometric analysis of 174 papers from Web of Science and Scopus (2016-April 2021). Findings show a 56.64% annual growth rate in research output, with 2020 and 2021 accounting for the majority of publications. The study concluded that pandemic-related disruptions negatively impacted all four pillars of food security.
