Abstract
Employees' green-oriented behavior can produce positive outcomes for sustainability. This study examines the association of green human resource management (GHRM) with green creativity (GC), considering the mediating effect of green self-efficacy (GSE) and the moderating effect of green transformational leadership (GTL). Multi-wave data from luxury hotels and resorts in Morocco confirm a positive association between GHRM and GC, and the mediating effect of GSE. The moderating effect of GTL was not supported. Findings suggest ways tourism organizations can boost employee green creativity to support sustainable development goals.
