Abstract
Canine parvovirus (CPV) is a significant pathogen. To understand the immune response to vaccination, researchers purified polyclonal antibodies from vaccinated dogs and used cryo-EM to determine the high-resolution structures of polyclonal Fab-virus complexes. Analysis revealed five distinct Fabs, all of which interfere with receptor binding, suggesting a focused and potentially redundant neutralizing antibody response.
