Abstract
This paper introduces a novel injectable, photopolymerized hydrogel for treating infected wounds. The hydrogel, composed of modified ε-polylysine (ε-PL) and γ-poly(glutamic acid) (γ-PGA), exhibits biocompatibility and broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. In vivo studies using Staphylococcus aureus-infected rat models demonstrated the hydrogel's ability to inhibit bacterial infection and promote wound healing, suggesting its potential for clinical applications in antimicrobial and wound healing therapy.
