Abstract
This paper explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to help teachers develop effective communication strategies for children with autism spectrum conditions (ASC). The researchers developed a protocol to record classroom interactions, analyzed patterns in the data, and used machine learning to predict student responses to different communication strategies. Analysis of 5460 interactions between teachers and seven students showed varying effectiveness of different strategies and demonstrated AI's potential in autism education.
