Abstract
This research, conducted within the TIMONEL Project, used a concurrent mixed research model across three phases to create a Web Recommendation System (RS) for university guidance and tutoring. Phase 1 collected qualitative and quantitative data on guidance needs from students and professors. Phase 2 investigated specific cases to identify good practices and areas for improvement. Phase 3 involved building and evaluating the RS, demonstrating its usefulness for students and faculty.
