Abstract
This study investigates factors impacting undergraduates' behavioral intention to use indigenous Chinese Web 2.0 tools (ICWTs) for informal English learning. A hypothesized mediation model, combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and language learning motivation, was tested using structural equation modeling with data from 834 undergraduates. Findings revealed that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and intrinsic motivation positively influenced behavioral intention, while perceived ease of use did not. Perceived usefulness and enjoyment mediated the relationship between intrinsic motivation and behavioral intention.
