Abstract
This Delphi study investigated the impact of Covid-19 on psychosocial health and care in Belgium. A three-round process involved 113 psychosocial experts (professionals, patients, informal caregivers). Consensus was reached on most statements, highlighting increased social inequalities, constant mental strain from fear of contamination, and a lack of strategic vision for psychosocial care. The study concludes that the pandemic's psychosocial impact is underappreciated and unequally distributed.
