Abstract
This observational study analyzed the experiences and impact of a 2022 Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) designed to train physiotherapists in managing spinal cord injuries (SCI). 25,737 participants from 169 countries registered. 98% of those completing the evaluation rated the MOOC highly. Participants showed a median 25% knowledge improvement and reported increased confidence and intentions to change clinical practice and teaching methods.
