Abstract
This study investigates the impact of technological factors on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system efficiency in Jordanian industrial firms, examining company size as a moderator. Using data from 92 valid questionnaires collected from managers in 55 Jordanian industrial firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, the study finds a significant positive relationship between technological factors (ease of use, perceived usefulness, digital proficiency) and ERP efficiency. Trust, however, showed no significant impact. Company size positively moderated the relationship between perceived usefulness, digital proficiency, and ERP efficiency. The research suggests that Jordanian industrial firms should prioritize technological factors to enhance ERP system efficiency.
