S. W. Manning, C. Kocik, et al.
This study conducted by Sturt W. Manning, Cindy Kocik, Brita Lorentzen, and Jed P. Sparks uncovers a potential connection between the catastrophic drought and the collapse of the Hittite Empire around 1200 BC.
