This paper examines food poverty among undocumented migrant families with children in the UK, Portugal, and Norway. Using a realist approach and a multi-tiered research design, it analyzes the interplay between societal, historical, and individual factors influencing food security. The study reveals how differing social contexts, public policies, and access to resources shape the experiences of food poverty among these families, highlighting the need for policy changes to address food insecurity and social exclusion.
