Abstract
This article examines the regulatory, institutional, and operational frameworks of Polish science diplomacy (SD), supplementing findings with stakeholder interviews. It argues that while a universal SD model doesn't exist, Poland can benefit from more advanced systems, but its SD is significantly impacted by domestic politics, negatively affecting continuity and strategic programming. Comparisons are drawn with France and the Czech Republic.
