This study investigates the factors contributing to the resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the tourism sector. Using a quantitative approach and data from 132 tourism SMEs (568 usable responses), the study examines the roles of share value relational capital, frugal innovation, and ambidexterity. Structural equation modeling (AMOS SEM) was employed to analyze the data. Results indicate that all proposed hypotheses were accepted, demonstrating the significant roles of share value relational capital, frugal innovation, and ambidexterity in enhancing SME resilience. Three strategic pathways for increasing resilience are identified.
