Abstract
This study presents the design and fabrication of a prototype microscale light-emitting diode (LED) array using quantum dot (QD)-based color conversion, achieving a resolution far beyond the retinal limit (1270 PPI). Advanced technologies such as wafer-scale epilayer transfer, bond-before-pattern technique, spectrally pure color conversion, and solvent-free QD patterning were integrated to overcome challenges in creating high-resolution displays.
