Abstract
This study analyzes options for reforming agricultural subsidies, considering health, climate change, and economic objectives. Using an integrated modeling framework, the researchers find that several reform options could reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve population health without decreasing economic welfare. These include repurposing subsidies to support healthier food production and a more equitable global distribution of subsidies.
