Abstract
This study investigated the effectiveness of nature-based guided imagery (GI) on anxiety reduction. Participants (n=48) with moderate anxiety levels undertook nature-based and traditional GI sessions. Results showed significantly lower post-session anxiety scores for both conditions, with nature-based GI yielding greater anxiety reduction. This suggests nature-based GI is a cost-effective and accessible anxiety management intervention.
