Abstract
This paper investigates the impact of evidence-based training workshops on educators' ability to prevent violence against LGBTI+ youth. The workshops, conducted in five European countries, focused on bystander intervention and a dialogic model of violence prevention. Data from 208 pre- and post-questionnaires and 12 semi-structured interviews reveal increased knowledge, confidence, and intention to apply upstander actions among participants.
