Abstract
This study investigates user satisfaction with mobile fitness applications using online review comments. Two natural language processing approaches—bag-of-words and sentiment analysis—were applied to a dataset of 16,461 user reviews. Results show that perceived affection and hedonic values are key determinants of satisfaction, while the effect of user burden is marginal. Gamification's impact on usefulness is also discussed.
