Abstract
This study investigates public support for hydrogen's export and domestic applications in Australia using a nationally representative survey with a quasi-experimental design. An information package (video, images, text) increased overall support by 10%, with significantly higher increases for export applications. Support varied based on socioeconomic characteristics and geographic location, highlighting the importance of considering these factors in hydrogen industry development.
