Abstract
This article examines the remarkable success of tulathromycin (Draxxin®) in the cattle and pig industries. Through interviews with veterinarians, observations of training sessions, and analysis of professional journals, the study reveals that Draxxin's success is attributed to its unique long-acting properties, its presentation as a solution to organizational challenges in intensive farming, and its marketing strategy that subtly conflates it with vaccines.
