Abstract
This research introduces cell powder meat (CPM), a high-protein food alternative manufactured cost-effectively without a 3D scaffold, using less serum than conventional methods. The CPM exhibits a meaty flavor and high protein content, exceeding that of chicken breast and beef tenderloin. This approach shows promise for scaling up and reducing the cost of cell-based meat production.
