Abstract
This prospective, longitudinal observational study assessed the humoral immune response to the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine in a low-income Hispanic population. The study found limited vaccine efficacy, with only a small percentage of participants showing a detectable antibody response after a single dose. Significant correlations were observed between patient factors and antibody response, highlighting the vulnerability of this population to COVID-19 and underscoring the need for further research to optimize healthcare in vulnerable communities.
