Abstract
This study investigates the impact of China's three-child policy on employment bias against professional women. Using data from 260 enterprises in Jiangxi Province, the study finds that the policy has exacerbated this bias, particularly in male-dominated enterprises. Job competency is negatively correlated with gender employment bias. The study recommends preferential policies for male-dominated enterprises and skills training for women in low-skilled jobs.
