This study analyzes the curricula of 21 Arab media colleges to assess their incorporation of diversity, pluralism, rights, and freedoms, using UNESCO's Media and Information Literacy Curriculum as a benchmark. The results reveal that while media ethics are strongly emphasized, areas such as pluralism, democratic practice, equality, and women's empowerment are less clearly addressed. The study concludes with recommendations for deeper analysis and discussion among stakeholders to integrate new media education aligned with international best practices while considering cultural contexts.
